    COACHING APPLICATION

    Congrats, for taking the first step on the path to greatness. Your time is valuable so I'll jump right in. I specialize in motivating busy professional women and men to better themselves by providing creative and flexible workouts to suit their schedules. I believe that anyone can stand over you and count your repetitions while talking you to death. Coaching with Forge U Fitness can offer you so much more.

    What you will get out of working with Forge U Fitness?
    You’ll get motivation, support and accountability, but best of all you'll get the knowledge to continue training successfully with or without my help. I DO NOT want you to be my client for the rest of your life!

    Our coaching plans are fully customized to your needs and come with an Initial Fitness Consultation, access to our Mobile App (which includes: the ability to track your progress, access your workouts & nutrition info., upload workout stats, progress pics, and view demonstration videos of the exercises in your workout), access to our Membership Site (which includes fitness tips, articles, and challenges), Nutritional Coaching & Weekly Meal plans, and e-mail support. Our 1:1 and Hybrid client sessions can be held at a gym, park, apartment complex gym, or even your home.

    ​There is a catch, I’m selective in who I work with. These requirements are going to disappoint some, but you’ll thank me for putting it all out there before you take the time to apply. I’m selective because first off my time is limited (I do other STUFF too) and secondly when I focus on those most aligned with my background and experience, the better your results will be.
    • I lean towards professional female or male clients who have been relatively active in the past and are looking to burn fat, tone up, increase strength, or just look good in their birthday suit. Oh and Veterans, I'm a Vet, I have to show some love for my people.  That is except for you that served in the Air Force, you don't count. JUST KIDDING Chair Force you are good too! 
    • You must at least have seen the inside of a gym in the past year.
    • Must be able to commit to at least a 12-week program, establishing new habits take time.
    • If you are not ready to start within the next two weeks then I cannot work with you until you are ready to go.
